Welcome to Luna Labs. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our site and extension.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using the Luna Labs Chrome extension ("the Extension") and related services ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service
Luna Labs is a productivity tool that provides:

• AI-powered prompt improvement and refinement

• A personal prompt library for saving and organizing prompts

• Prompt analysis history

• Integration with AI platforms and productivity tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot, DeepSeek, Mistral, Grok, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and others)
  
  The Service includes a free guest mode (10 analyses per week, no account required) and unlimited access for signed-in users. The Service is currently in beta. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future with advance notice.

3. User Accounts

• An account is optional for basic usage (guest mode) but required for full features

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account

• You may delete your account at any time via settings or by contacting support@luna-labs.io

4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

• Reverse engineer or scrape any part of the Service

• Use automated bots to access the Service

• Use the Service to store or transmit illegal or harmful content

5. Your Content

• You retain all ownership rights to prompts and content you create

• You grant Luna Labs a license to store, process, and sync your content solely to provide the Service

• This license terminates when you delete your content or account

• You are responsible for the content you save to the Service

6. Our Property
The Extension, Service, logo, design, and related intellectual property are owned by Luna Labs. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Third-Party Platforms The Extension integrates with third-party AI platforms. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by these platforms. Your use of them is subject to their respective terms.

8. Privacy
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data to third parties.

9. Service Availability
We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime - We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice - The Service is in beta and may contain bugs or incomplete features

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. You use the Service at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUNA LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Sweden. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact support@luna-labs.io to attempt informal resolution.

13. General

• If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in effect

• These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement

• Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver

• By providing feedback, you grant us a license to use it to improve the Service.
